2.We will confirm - usually within 24 hours - a price and a delivery date (or propose a new one);
We can - free of charge - assist in: establishing the right pattern,
the wood species, the installation procedure, the thickness
matching, the compatibility with certain types of hardwood or parquet
floors, proportionality and placement. Technical drawings and texture
simulations are also available.
***We encourage the customer to take contact with us in the
earliest possible stage of the flooring project because the aesthetics
related options we have are wider than after some of the flooring
components are already ordered or purchased.***
3.Once the technical and commercial details established the payment should be done before we proceed to manufacture your order.
